Hi, I'm Brent Higgins, owner and founder of Curbside Shine Mobile Detailing. Vehicles and RVs have been my passion for as long as I can remember; there's just something about a freshly detailed ride that never gets old. Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes! Our mobile detailing vans are 100% self-contained. We bring our own spot-free water supply and super-quiet generators, so we can detail your vehicle anywhere: even in an apartment complex or office parking lot.
How long does a mobile detail take?
Depending on the package you choose and the condition of your vehicle, most details take between 1.5 to 4 hours. We work meticulously to ensure a perfect finish rather than rushing through the job.
Do I need to be present?
You only need to be there to hand us the keys and do a final walkthrough when we are finished. While we work, you are free to relax inside, work, or go about your day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If there is heavy rain or severe weather, we will gladly reschedule your appointment to the next available sunny day. We want to ensure your vehicle stays pristine and our team stays safe.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Payment is only collected after the job is done and you are 100% satisfied with the results.
Can you remove pet hair and tough stains?
Absolutely. Our Complete and Signature packages include specialized pet hair removal and deep stain extraction. Severe conditions may incur a small additional fee, which we will discuss upfront before beginning work.
Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?
Yes, we do. Once you get a standard detail, you can join our maintenance program for discounted bi-weekly or monthly cleanings to keep your vehicle in showroom condition year-round.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please remove all personal items, valuables, and trash from your vehicle's interior and trunk before we arrive. This allows us to focus entirely on cleaning and restoring your car!
